Luckily the Google Play store has you covered, and there are plenty of options for you to touch-up your presentation before showing it to your boss or new clients.
Most office suites include a compatible presentation editor; although each differs with the level of features they offer. QuickOffice andOfficeSuite both offer a superb presentation editor, but with the level of features that they offer, new users may struggle to find what they're looking for. Therefore for this tutorial we'll be turning our attention to theKingston Office editor, which will allow for all users to make some simple edits to their presentations, and make them stand out from the crowd.
In this tutorial we'll show you around Kingston Office’s presentation editor, as well as highlight the icons and tiles that enable you to start applying some edits to your presentations.
Compile your presentation
Before applying any changes to your presentation you need to put it together. Add all the text you want, and add as many slides as you need by pressing the V button at the bottom of the screen. Each slide can be viewed in landscape mode if you’re having trouble seeing it in portrait.
Change your layout
Each box on a slide can be resized. Press on the box you want to resize and use the blue dots that appear to change its proportions. Further boxes can be added to a slide by using the toolbar at the top of the app. These boxes can also be resized once they’ve been added to the slide.
Add some colour
Highlight one of the boxes on your slide and press the Quickstyle icon on the toolbar. From here you’ll have a variety of editing options to add colour to the box. You can choose a fill colour, add a universal colour to your entire presentation, or increase the width of the border around the box.
Customise your font
Access the same Quickstyle menu again to change individual words or sentences that are included on the slide. From this menu you can change their colour and size. Further font editing options can be found at the top of the screen by pressing the Text Color icon.
Finishing touches
After applying all the tweaks you want, have a quick check over the entire slide to make sure it looks good. By opening the file option from the toolbar you can add images to your slides, and they can be resized in the same way as you would with one of the slide’s boxes.
